These patches are great for white heads. I personally put these on right after I wash my face and let my skin dry. The patch will absorb the gunk from your blemish preventing the bacteria from spreading to other parts of the skin. These speed up the healing process as well. They stick very well but only to clean and dry skin. They come off easily when you need them to without causing any discomfort. I always need to have these on hand!

Only for pimples with heads, especially whiteheads, which it emphasizes on the packaging. Doesn’t do anything for under the skin pimples. Great at pulling out the gunk. Any time I would get a pimple with a head before, I’d pop it and still see it return the next day, and war back and forth with it for a few days until it finally went away. Now I slap one of these on overnight and by morning all the gunk is pulled out and even the size and swelling is dramatically reduced. Makes it so much easier to deal with painful pimples too. I’ve only had to put a patch back on a spot a handful of times, and usually because I didn’t quite leave it on long enough or because I wasn’t covering the whole pimple enough. Recommend only using this overnight. It will not do its full job if you take it off before the 6-8 hours (I say 8 hour range is best to prevent the pimple coming back), so do not expect to use the patch for only 2 or 4 hours and see results; wait until the patch turns white from pulling out the gunk!

Where have you been all my life!!. I am 44 yrs old. I have battled all types of acne, but primarily suffered the cystic scaring type. Acne has been under control but I have been breaking out lately on my jawline from wearing cloth masks. These new ones are the large deep painful type. I decided to try adult acumen and to my despair and dismay, I woke up to find these pesky guys multiplied by four on each side. Either a purge or reaction to sulfur.

I immediately ordered these patches. (my son's 19 yr old daughter mentioned wanting to get these well). 2 days later they arrived. I placed about 9 patches on my jawline over the different types of pimples and kept them on overnight. I was skeptical but hopeful.

I woke to find this little suckers actually work! 44 yrs of battle experience...nothing has worked this good. No harsh side effects, drying, peeling etc. Amazing. The pimples were depleted and the cystic ones were drastically reduced in size, no longer inflamed and painful. It looks like the patch sucked out a bunch of oil and helping it to form to a head. I will say the spots were a bit red at first but are staring to fade as day goes on. I plan to use these again on the same area tonight. I will also try on some old acne that never properly healed. I wish these were around 20 yrs ago. I'd save my face from picking, keliod scars, rippling and blown out pores. Do yourself a favor and get these!

A bit of acne advice from a veteran:

during breakouts in my 20s, my first instinct was to use the strongest pimple zapping chemical known to man. I would even put rubbing alcohol on my face thinking it would kill all bacteria and zap up the acne. I turned my nose up at anything that said gentle and non irritating. It wasn't till 20 yrs later and after much scarring and damage did I realize I was doing the exact opposite of what my skin needed. I finally tossed all harsh products and started treating my face gently, like you would in infant. No harsh chemicals, aboslutly no products that contained alcohol or drying agents. After I had the acne under control and healed, I opt for bit higher end products for daily cleaning and moisturing such as PCN, clinique, este lauder, olay etc. They must include some type of exfoliating agent to help shed dead skin cells so pores don't get clogged. It took me years to figure out I have sensitive skin and need gentle products. No more searching over endless drug store otc acne products -i refuse! (Neutrogena, clean & clear, clearsil etc ) I steer far from any product that has the word acne on it ( acne cleanser, acne treatment, acne prone moisturizer) despite having acne prone skin! Matter of fact, the moment I do reach for one of those products, I break out! (Not purge)Go figure! I will always be at war because I have acne prone skin. This method has me winning every battle and keeping it under control.

Please do yourself a favor. Be gentle to your skin. Back off the harsh, over-drying chemicals. Use gentle cleansing, keep moisturizing. Let your body have the oppertunity and time it needs to heal on its own.
